I used a coupon code to purchase a domain name and hosting from Domain.com and was unpleasantly surprised to find that they charged me for the full price for the domain and hosting, with no explanation, despite the fact that they said on the order form a completely different price. Their support took days to get back to me and they were not remotely helpful on any of my problems with their service.

I now know not to stray from the well known registrars such as Namecheap, GoDaddy, and the others. I would recommend that you stay away from Domain.com!
